Who are we?

The St Andrews Energy Society (SAES) is a university affiliated organisation committed to providing comprehensive analyses of the global energy markets through its seven  publication topics: Oil, Natural Gas & LNG, Renewable Energy, Energy Policy, Nuclear, Coal, and Environmental Concerns.  Through studying the key trends and risks facing these topics, SAES develops an integrated and objective view of the ever-changing industry.  

 

SAES's mission is to encourage understanding of the energy markets among St Andrew's student body.  To accomplish this goal, SAES disseminates its publications through traditional and social media, holds student forums to discuss developments in the energy industry, and organises lectures from industry leaders.
